Assume a 10 minute shower by two people every day.

You forgot to put your state in your profile or your post so people would know if you are in a community property state or how much it will cost you to transfer ownership from your wife to your LLC.  

Here in the smokies, people did great last year doing this…so far this year i think it has dried up very quickly.

My advice, don't take advice from people on an online forum (especially ones who give you an answer from chatGPT), go with the professional's opinion.  

We learned to rely on our network to find the right people for the type of work we needed.
