I believe that if you follow your passion, and are good at doing what you love, you will truly be free (make a lot of money and also never "work" a day in your life).Taking the plunge is not an easy thing to do and shouldn't be taken lightly, but I have never met 1 person in real estate who doesn't love what they do and the freedom they have - but nearly everybody I've met in the corporate world wants to get out...that should tell you something!

Someone at the bank advised me to create my LLC seeing that thats the field I'm passionate about and try to go from there.

As a result of being in this industry I have learned a vast amount of qualities and skills necessary to help me grow as a professional such as; Relentless Work Ethic, Passionate, Strategic, Marketing, Building Relationships with Vendors, Communication Skills, Time Management, Leadership, Basic Accounting, Pragmatic, Compassionate (not what you would often hear from a chef), Sensible and many more. 

I see that as a PT passion. 

Although I very much enjoy and have passion for home design and flipping, I've decided I'm going to shift most of my focus on finally purchasing rentals for cash flow to achieve financial freedom.

Day job at a software company, and also have a passion for real estate.

Its why I run a business that i have 0 "passion" for the work.
