I am currently in the middle of renovating a 4500 square-foot building in the heart of Kennebunkport Maine into five luxury apartment rentals.Each will be between 700 ft.² and 1200 ft.² In the high season of June - August, occupancy in Kennebunkport is 95%.

The only difference between them and myself is I live rental income check to rental income check:)As far as the Ferraris, etc I just make sure I have friends that have those so I can look cool in the passenger seat.Make no doubt about it: some of those people in the 1M houses lose sleep wondering how they are going to pay their bills.
