Brooklyn and Curtis bay are not for the faint of heart. 

Plus, who wants to worry about ALL those roofs, and sidewalks that need to be shoveled (please tell me tenants aren't doing it, that will bite ya when someone's back goes out or a heart attack happens).Let me know how you think I can help.

I am currently in the middle of renovating a 4500 square-foot building in the heart of Kennebunkport Maine into five luxury apartment rentals.Each will be between 700 ft.² and 1200 ft.² In the high season of June - August, occupancy in Kennebunkport is 95%.

If I was younger I would pack my bags and move there in a heart beat..

One property manager who handles a lot of such properties told me that the tenant screening criteria consist of: "A heart beat, 2 pay check stubs and enough money to pay the first month's rent."

Shala Mapp I do apologize if it meant that way on your end, I am trying to caution you in doing the REO, you will get there for sure, but REOs are not for the faint of heart.

The only difference between them and myself is I live rental income check to rental income check:)As far as the Ferraris, etc I just make sure I have friends that have those so I can look cool in the passenger seat.Make no doubt about it: some of those people in the 1M houses lose sleep wondering how they are going to pay their bills.
