The code violation list is huge, I had to pay $110 for it and they could only give me a paper copy so I have to manually input everything to run the numbers.

I especially think the best advice is to have a waiver for a jury trial and will be having all new leases/renewals sign that piece of paper, as I would recommend to everyone.
