Kristine Marie Poe I agree, there is value in using someone who can overcome problems, the problem is that a consultant does not add value to a property.

I could increase rent some, but not enough to overcome the current gap ($96) + the new gap that is coming with a large tax increase ($293).

This makes for a low stress BRRRRAre you risk adverse?  

However, once you overcome that it's a great CRM program.
