Sorry this is months late however I'm jumping back on track now after months of learning ,working to pay my bills & exhausted burnt out Life Challenges! 

@Michael Evans , coincidentally I bumped into an SBA loan specialist a couple of weeks ago and talked to him about the possibility of applying for an SBA loan to acquire small multi-family properties. 

I've been speaking with Jeff Greenberg at Synergetic Investment about participating in a multi-family syndication they are currently fund-raising.

@Jeff Stansberry Jacksonville has several small multi families but they rarely stay on the open market.

I live near downtown Chicago and am looking to get into a REI club and learn commercial and multi family REI.

I guess I’m on a good track but if anyone could offer me some insight or advice that’s all I’m looking I find myself engrossed in thinking about this stuff and analyzing my local market.

Single house or multi-family(duplex, triplex)?

do you have a track record to show an established schedule of how you usually do things?

On the other hand, I may have deals (single-family, multi-family, private investing, etc.) coming across my plate where I will need the cash and have to act quickly.
