Ya know the hot product for new builders the last few years has been ADU or mother in law units Casitas  whatever yo want to call them.I could see builders creating work at home space designed for the at home worker..  

I would even venture to say that the Private Sector would create a better military if it had the same budget as the government.If the money my mother and father paid into social security were used to buy rental property, they would own at least 10 houses, free and clear, and receive a minimum of $10,000 a month income.

Unfortunately, my family will be facing this situation in the near future with my mother-in-law.

(Although full disclosure I do own 2 townhouses with HOA's)My mother had a 30 year old town house.

I have a older customer that rents out the house they grew up in and their mother died in.

A duplex owned by a mother, with her daughter living in the other unit.

Buy a duplex and live in one side, or buy a property with a mother in law house behind it.

They had moved in with her mother who was in the process of losing her home to foreclosure & it was subsequently sold at a Tax Lien auction.
