We just put in an offer on a property and everything looks good BUT on the disclosures, under the "other" section, this was marked YES: "Have you received any notices by any governmental or quasi-governmental agencies affecting this property?"

Its pretty much mobile homes here and there on 5-20 acre parcels around it--all gravel roads, little hobby farms, people that work in the city but want to live out of town for a little cheaper etc.
