We try to avoid ceramic tile when possible due to the time it takes, kitchen backsplash is the only exception.You can buy okay LVP at big box stores, but I usually prefer materials from a flooring store, better value.

A much more costly option then since materials/labor will naturally be more expensive, all new granite again, all new backsplash, etc.

Not all sq ft in a house costs the same.Go to your local building supplier, go up and down the isles, and get actual prices for material for kitchens, cabinets and countertops, floors, paint, basic lumber and trims, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures. etc...You usually can get estimates on labor from that same source.

They will either be demanding or can just barely afford it now and you will run into payment issues...PASS....If you are getting low traffic, then its often advertising.
