That yellow lighting and fishbowl lens for the photos isn't doing you any favors.

Hello,I need someone in the New City area of Chicago (south side just north of Englewood) to help with electrical work (lighting around the garage, faulty fixtures) laying tile (kitchen floor and bathroom) and sanding a hardwood floor (if it can be salvaged).

Sure the tenant might be a PITA and call me about something stupid like the light not working when all that happened was the bulb burned out, but that annoyance is a small price to pay to have someone else fund my early retirement and give me spending money. 

Hallway lights and entry way light electrical run $125/month.

Or it may be very light and not have one.

After we’ve done a few deals with the mentor we would like to rehab and hold the properties.We’re looking for an outside perspective to shine some light on our situation.

(He apparently did not want the apartments as they were trashed, and plumbing pipes, lighting, etc. were all 'recycled' before the foreclosure.)So to access the storage units with how the property was developed  I need an easement on his property and he needs one on mine.Currently I am evicting him, asking the judge to have him assign his leases to me. 

I wish I would've seen the light when I was that young.

The court overturned stare decisis (established case law) to make their decision which they don't do lightly so this is actually a really big deal.  

Are there any current Airbnb investors in the area that can shed light on this?
