4) Poor Property Management - Where do you think a turnkey provider will put their best staff, on selling properties and making $5k+/transaction or on property management and making $80/month transactions?

Now, I am trying to figure out the business license requirements for the business.I have been getting mixed answers from the staff at DCRA.

They are now managed by my staff in Houston who manages my whole portfolio.

Spoke with Bill's staff and they said it could be done but the timeline may be a big issue and this type of exchange is not the most common by any means.Thanks for all of you guys trying to help.

We train our staff to avoid stating any time periods to get a deal as we can't control someone's efforts nor how they might follow our advice.

Then you (or someone) will do a video walkthrough of the property with someone from their staff.  

Additionally they have an excellent staff supporting them.
