I’m close to calling LE regardless to check as he’s not willing to be a decent neighbor and work with us.We received our first complaint about it tonight from a renter which I knew would happen sooner or later.

Appfolio has an option for the daily late fee charge, but they do require a minimum of 50 units to use the software.I would check to see if Buildium offers this option.
