That seems counter-intuitive. 

I handle all the interaction, details, and harassing the flipper, they get their principal and return upon completion (only a few more weeks!)

By far best option is interactive brokers - $10 per month fee and 1.2% interest rate !

TIP: Document all your tenant interactions and always be professional and to the point.

My day job is super flexible and I'm often out meeting with contractors anyway, so it's very possible I would be doing things like showing apartments to potential tenants, having site meetings to determine needed repairs, and things like that where I'm interacting directly with the tenant on the owner's behalf.
