They don’t want a bunch of tire kickers disturbing their tenants that have no intentions (or no ability) to buy the property.

I purchased this in an attempt to pick up a property that was intentionally purchased as a rental, low price, and a condo to minimize repair work to inside the unit.

Even the best of the intent will result in dissatisfaction on both sides.

My response was as follows:"Hi,I do not have any intention to be ignorant as I am always on your side.Please review the repair policy (attached)from the lease agreement that you signed, just to be clear on roles and responsibilities according to parkchester condo.

I don't think you purchased this property with the intent as a rental.

My intention is to keep her in the unit. 

Also, the current owner, may have best intentions to move out on the scheduled day... but then have something come up that prevents him moving.Do you live in the Cleveland area as your permanent residence, or are you an out-of-town guy?

If they find any issue with the investor's intent behind the exchange, they can question that 1031 exchange anytime.
