I am blessed to have a wonderful rewarding career as a dentist however I realize that despite the privilege of a solid income, my school debt and the risks associated with dental business investing have inspired me to look into wealth generation outside my field to secure a financial future for my growing family. 

Inspiring.

I believe in doing things that may inspire or give an opportunity to one kid regardless of a hundred kids who get nothing out of it. 

If this has inspired anyone to look further into the program, there's one more important distinction between the two programs: ease of recruiting tenants.

I listened to him a few years back and was inspired because I was already into apartments but now if he comes across my radar he just seems so fake.

They are both inspiring and a reminder that even though everything doesn't always go as expected that is also a learning tool for future success.I also love all the ways you incorporated partners and partnerships - even including your spouses (My wife and I often joke that there real needs to be a support group for spouses who work together!)
