First off, anyone making money on single family homes are lucky or they pay close attention to the demand in that area because the turnover cost and/or the 0% occupancy rate is killing them. 

In all likelihood, an individual will only get fired if the company isn't doing well.

Take John's advice and buy a used appliance if you want to cave to their demands.

Housing in such a demand as construction of new casinos ($7B), and Raiders $1.9B stadium, will extend growth through 2020. 

This area is tricky as there are several spots where the demand is high, but the pricing is just too inflated when compared to other areas.

Each tenant gets their individual key and the key to common areas.

First, they are usually non-financeable though conventional means, so the demand is lower and thus the price is significantly lower as well.

If it's managed by an individual, what is the best place to get that information rather than the pro forma?
