Does anyone have any they recommend in Indianapolis?

I’m under contract with a property in Cleveland in the Linndale section that has sewer or sanitary line issues. I’m looking for recommendations for a reasonable priced camera inspection. Thank you for your time:)

I know this is an old thread, I just had a follow-up question to add in.Is there a way to get builders and inspectors (or other professionals) to create some document of the rough date that a house was built (i.e. the type of build methods and material used can determine the year of the house)?

I didn't see anything too severe, at least online - but you need to get a home inspector in there.Here are two red flags that you should clear before proceeding:In MLS disclosures: "Buyer and Realtor for buyer must sign the attached "Release and Hold Harmless" Agreement and email it to the listing agent to be given the Lockbox Code."

Do you have any recommendations as to who to contact for the following services in Indianapolis?

During the attempt to do the sewer scope, the sewer inspector saw that there was pooling sewage water from what he could see through this little door.

Also, I am confident I can weather the storms based on reserves and diversified portfolio in 3 different markets - California, Indianapolis, Atlanta3)  What  NEXT LEVEL plans or CHANGE would you like to accomplish in your REI when deep recession hits?
