I know this is an old thread, I just had a follow-up question to add in.Is there a way to get builders and inspectors (or other professionals) to create some document of the rough date that a house was built (i.e. the type of build methods and material used can determine the year of the house)?

I didn't see anything too severe, at least online - but you need to get a home inspector in there.Here are two red flags that you should clear before proceeding:In MLS disclosures: "Buyer and Realtor for buyer must sign the attached "Release and Hold Harmless" Agreement and email it to the listing agent to be given the Lockbox Code."
