As @Gina Tse-Louie mentioned above, i would make sure your PCOR was filed correctly with the county, and checking the "parent to child" box in order to hopefully avoid a property tax re-assessment. i have a client currently going through this now and it is quite the pain to unwind (we're still hopeful they will). better to prevent the headache before it becomes one, but i dont see it being an issue for your loan.

HI Kalp,The strategy or buying something that negatively cashflows in hopes of a better or more lucrative future outcome can work for those who can weather the storm (IE reserves/cash/ other assets/rentals/apartments that offset this deal or you have long time horizon).With that said, I would generally not recommend buying anything that is negatively cashflow upon day 1 however there are obviously clear lines of delineation one must explore.

Hey all, I am about to put my house up for as a rental but I am still living in it, however I would like to get pictures & a listing up to hopefully start finding renters or at least see if there's interest.Can anyone recommend a website that I could potentially stage furniture with existing furniture but be able to add like a light on a night stand and remove person items?

But it should come with a caveat - BRRRR-R BRRRR a few then focus hard on REPAY - pay down the loan balances and increase real income/cash flow to support your next (hopefully bigger) move.
