Many times by the time they do cover it has been weeks and we had to spend money making the tenant happy or putting them in a hotel bc the AC was out and it was 100 degrees.  

Yes I will be living here until I get my degree so might as well make it look nice.

I just transferred the lot into a new LLC (for an extra degree of separation) and the plan is to let it go to tax sale.

I have a degree in architecture and we're both business savvy/entrepreneurial people; so we decided to tag team this one as a summer project.The whole thing was definitely an experience; from completing my first set of residential building docs to managing subs, the permitting process, and going through the punch-list to get it ready for sale.

I found one in LA but it requires in person classes, looking to complete the education without having to complete another degree.

I graduated with $60k+ in student debt and two teaching degrees.

I didn't want to sit alone behind a desk coding for 40+ hours a week, and I wanted a job to utilize both of my degrees. 

All my multi-family  properties were at least 50% occupied when I purchased them - all needed work to some degree. 

I am getting my masters degree in mechanical engineering this May(2018).

However, attaining my degree was not easy.
