I really like how user friendly the sites are, and that they allow you to analyze about every home in a particular neighborhood you're interested in. 

And honestly, I'm not dead set on paintball but it seems like a natural fit.

Also, if you are going to move forward with that, at the very least, go on Google Earth and check out the street view, neighborhood, etc. 

I would suggest looking at neighborhoods around that area -- for instance, Port Richmond is a NL/F "lite" area a bit north, but rents are up and home prices are not (non-new construction).

I have secured employment opportunities with three different companies and am awaiting final approval from each of them so I can basically choose the best fit.

@Amanda Tilton what's up w/ the 30+ listings of MF in Olathe that just came up the other day... like 2 neighborhoods of all duplex up for sale.

In the spring our properties in this neighborhood rent in a week, at a higher rent.
