New to RE investing , can I claim taxes fees on RE mentor/coaching, including Real-Estate software system package as RE start up Business cost? 

If I want $400k a month I am in commercial real estate and luxury office in downtown area like K st dc etc.

It's unlikely you will find a significantly cheaper loan option.

AND I did the thing we all read about, as far as getting multiple quotes for insurance and everything, went to move forward with the best one, State Farm, and we find out that we can’t get a policy due to having made a personal articles claim less than three years ago (was probably almost 3 years ago.)Now this was my business partners who made that claim.

As far as I'm aware, SBA loan programs cannot be used for real estate companies.

If we find anything, no cashflow and only thing I'm banking on is home appreciation in future.

I'm  working on "ABCs of Real Estate Investing" by Ken McElroy and "Confessions of a Real Estate Entrepreneur" by James Randel, all of which have I've taken some great ideas from.
