(1) the issuer is automatically granted private placement status, with no further possibility of the offering being declared non compliant and (2) in regard to any civil lawsuits, the offerer can use compliance with Reg D as a difinitive defense.  

Facebook just made me feel really bad so I quit using it.

You can disclose your status as a licensee with language written directly into the contract - and have all parties initial that specific area.

And I did a fairly extensive facebook campaign getting many leads that may lead to something but nothing yet.

They also make notes and keep track of information and statuses of my leads.Lead follow up1.

to add colleagues, you go to that person's profile, hover on "connect" there will be a tap that says 'send colleague request".. the other party has to accept for both of you to become a colleague.. kinda like facebook :) lol. good luck and welcome back!!
