Go too fast, and you run the very possilble risk of over-extending yourself, and bang! 

If you choose to live in a neighborhood -- to paraphrase Oliver Wendall Holmes -- your property rights extend only as far as my nose.

Instead of pulling the release tab straight down, they try to pull the whole thing off and invariably wind up ripping off a whole bunch of paint.I've attached a representative image.

They have put in a pay or quit notice to the court which is scheduled for 15th this month.I have asked him to release me from the lease so I can take care of the property myself.

The only help the attorney is willing to extend is the following phrase "you can submit a sight unseen offer if you have an interested buyer."

Next, I would communicate to the new tenants about what's going on and apologize for the inconvenience and see if they want to (or even can) extend their move-in date or just cancel the lease they have with you. 

@Wayne Brooks They were sent a certified letter 30 days before the lease ended that we did not intend to extend the lease past it’s expiration date and expected them to be moved out. 

Missed a date at 3 weeks, then missed the extended date 13 days later.Just run away from them as fast as possible.

Even extending end date to March will help.

You don't want to shoot yourself in the foot by over-leveraging or over extending yourself.
