I believe that the incentives set up for owning real estate help to create an attractive environment for investors and currently with inflation so high, real estate is a tangible asset that can provide unique advantages over other investment vehicles.

The search has been easy because the person's name is unique,only one such person in the county and the property only had one prior owner.

The reason for this is that we live in a very unique neighborhood with restored mid century modern flat roof homes.

You won't find much in Alpharetta for less than 300k let alone 400k, but there are nearby markets worth exploring that meet your budget, depending on your pre-qualification.
