As I said there are two lots with houses zoned multi family within a half mile as well as a 500+ unityou should also check towns website and see if they have a zoning map online.

Just because you never experienced something that is quiet real and possibly very dangerous depending on what type of entity you’re dealing with doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

From what I have experienced, after living here my whole life, is that Pittsburgh did in fact see a stagnation period between the steel industry exit and the influx of the tech/healthcare era.
