If you have exposure (high net worth, lots of assets, un-mortgaged properties, several units, etc) look into an asset protection system such as LLC, Business trust or DSC, S-Corp, C-Corp.

We all agreed verbally and through that whole month I saw no progress and more loud screaming obnoxious arguments because A can't handle B's excessive rude, mean, evil, vindictive, insults and would leave to room, but B being obsessed with A puts restrictions and literally keeps him from for doing anything without his permission.
