I bet you won't make this mistake again.

Usually, there are NO exemptions on rental properties, so imo it's a mistake to include that in an evaluation for purchase.

However, it has been our experience, particularly in small buildings, that coin-op laundry does well to be cost neutral in the long run (cover the utility costs and extra capital cost for commercial, coin-op machines).We have eliminated common laundry in all of our small buildings in favour of en-suite laundry.  

Just starting and want to minimize the mistakes and risk.Can we connect?

I love this house and if this can be repaired- as in complete elimination of the lead problem (not a filter aka bandaid) I'm still in.

I do not have *extensive* knowledge of landlord laws in the states where I own rental properties, I just know that the states I am in have more landlord-friendly laws and I make sure to have reputable property management companies that I trust to know and follow the laws.Some investors might say that's a mistake, but that's how I have done things so far!

I am just here trying to learn and I believe I have admitted to a mistake in judgment. 

Campgrounds require one of two things to be successful .1-On or close to an interstate highway for over night campers,or2- a destination location,such as beach (me) or mountains.Last is amenities, pool, game rooms,on site laundry etc... biggest mistake you can make is put all your money in spaces  and nothing built to attract campers!
