Best/first thing to do is get educated.

Besides for the networking opportunities here on BP, the educational material here is invaluable.

I am working to become as educated as possible in order to be able to make the best possible decisions regarding moving past the initial evaluation stage.

We are new at this and are currently taking classes to educate ourelfs.

After doing some more research I think the repairs would be closer to $10-$12k, so thank you for alerting me to those details.I'm considering making this a rental for myself or assigning it to another investor for a fee and/or an education as I've never wholesaled a property. 

I think you can get educated on real estate in more specific ways (like through this site) and for a lot less money personally.

Focusing on education in the beginning is very important.

I completed the required education and passed the federal and Nevada state exams last Saturday.
