I know that real estate is something that I could get extremely passionate about and although I don't have direct experience, I know that my diverse background can probably help me. 

What I look for most is a steady, DIVERSE, economy. 

It’s VERY diverse with good schools.

Very diverse population which i like. 

I feel that Indianapolis has much more economic diversity - tech companies, pharmaceutical/medical, several colleges, manufacturing, distribution centers, hospitality/convention centers -- so we are not as affected if one particular industry takes a dive.Our real estate areas are also very diverse.  

If you feel compelled to promote your local candidate with a lawn or window sign - buy a house - but don't put your sign in my property (even if I happen to agree with your choice.)

The ability to learn daily promotes growth . 

You really need to see what they are promoting to understand what vendor fits your needs.

In this deal I dealt with surveyors, city- county, city engineers, recorder new 911 addresses, promoted a new neighborhood to city council and now ready to build.
