We called him, sent letters, texted, emailed, tried every means of communication we could.

I am thinking about sending letters to home owners who are in a pre-foreclosure situation in the state  of Pa. 

I recently did 2 jumbo (7 digit), multiplex, 30 year, non OO, cash out refi loans at less than 3.5%.  

What I did was send "good will" letters to all the creditors I wronged (didn't pay) during my early college years.

Tim Exactly right Tim, the judges follow the law in a very conservative manner, it to the letter and obviously you never had a bureaucrat take you to court in Springfield, Mo, because you'd lose, if you end up going to court there might be a compromise, but no one walks out the way they walked in!
