I appreciate that people out in the rest of the country may value the clean functionality of this kitchen but from my experience in the NYC/NJ market this kitchen is a few decades over the edge.  

I haven't seen any posts about this option and was very curious to see if any investors would be willing to share their thoughts or experiences.  

Do any of you have experience / advice / insights regarding forming an LLC just to build business / corporate credit? 

It is certainly more challenging to investing actively when you don't live in the market but if you have an investor friendly agent that has experience and connections to contractors, property management etc then it helps reduce that risk.

Anyone have experience with investing in Real estate Notes?

Having had similar experiences in the past, I will add the glaring "red flag" that is visible to me.

@Garry Dhaliwal From my experience talking with other investors including others who have done it, it's a lot of time and work to develop mobile home parks from the ground up.

All installers have 12+ years of HVAC Experience. 

Since I live in California I was wondering if anyone have experience on here regarding forming a Real Estate Fund or know of anyone that does?
