There are of course a lot of reviews in these forums and elsewhere (turnkey reviews etc.) but I'm looking for aggregate and detailed log data.For example, all of the incidents (repairs, issues) that the PM company logged across their entire portfolio.

They should be able to provide a general breakdown and ballpark cost but it probably takes 10+ hours to write up a detailed scope and why would they do that if you are just in the exploratory phase?

So keep an eye out for the leasing provision in your declaration (if any) because that is the controlling document.So to recap, if the declaration is silent on leasing, you’ll be able to rent unless the declaration is properly amended, or if the board adopts a rule/regulation restricting rentals.

Which is fine IF that's what they say they're doing, but it's not.Once again AirBNB is far better with owner tools, as their Superhost criteria is explicitly spelled out and you can view your progress in detail at any time.
