Just have a lawyer make a joint venture contract where the details are spelled out.

I can find that out with a little more research, but my main concern is that I don't know enough about certain terms or details. 

What is better... pay for the house using majorIty of the HELOC then refInance later or pay 20% using the HELOC and the rest wIth a bank loan.Please offer any details,Thanks,Rick

Try to get some details on taxes, and what would the property rent for, if that is your intention.

Look up the addresses and you will start to see patterns, by the time you get 5 or 6 pages in you will start to be able to eliminate some before doing extensive digging.
