I have an amazing team of mentors/co-workers, that support me through any obstacle that may present, I could not ask for a better group to work with.

Richard Bird sold me my house just over a year ago and he was very thorough and overcame every obstacle in order to get us closed within 27 days!

The 1%ers  appreciate the mental obstacles insulating them from greater competition.  

I fully expect the plan I make to change as new obstacles or opportunities come up, but am excited for the journey.

The tenants are all very low income but being that there are 10 units in the house, and a detached carriage house means the property nets $6100/month. 

One issue that I am somewhat unsure about is that it shares a detached garage with the property next to it.

Did the property ever have a shed, detached garage, or other outbuilding? 

The obstacles are :- You may not be able to have all the utilities on for the appraiser which is required.
