Does owning it in an LLC cause problems when we go to refi?

Violation incurs not only penalties under the Property Code (return of all payments made by the buyer including monthly payments) but potential liability under the dreaded Deceptive Trade Practices – Consumer Protection Act (“DTPA”) which can involve treble damages plus attorney’s fees. 

This causes problems for final walk through and me ultimately moving into the side she is currently occupying.  

Many investors in Newark, Paterson JC will purchase a damaged Multi Family, repair it and then Refinance with a Private lender which grows the equity in it from fixing it up. 

I have a condo in Washington DC and water damage from rain somehow leaked into my unit and damaged the floors.  

Location is Pasco, FLI have only found a couple and the raets are close to double.Even thuogh it can be insured in my name the fact its deeded to a trust causes issues for many companiesthanks

When any damages occur or upgrades are to be done I front all the money, complete the project, and forward receipts to my landlord who in turn cuts me a personal check. 

And also is being a Realestate agent good to get you started at one day being a Realestate investor cause that is my ultimate goal. 

As a last ditch effort I would see if they have any next of kin and make your cause known to them.

Throw in some damage, uncleanliness and a final utility bill that hasn't come through yet all in a 14-day deadline and that's a pain, too.
