But a dehumidifier with a pump, there are remote moisture sensors and use a wifi plug and you can monitor yourself.have the pm check everything periodically if they aren't too lazy like this one sounds like they are..

Check your home insurance plan to make sure it's good enough for the time when no one is there, and think about getting a property manager if you have concerns about looking after your place during your absence.

I would recommend checking their comps and repair values very closely.
