When I first learned about real estate investing, I was all about Rich Dad Poor Dad and cashflow, cashflow, cashflow!

I am a new investor - I am not cash rich currently so I am waiting until after the new year to look at buying my next property and stacking money in the meantime.

It seems that more and more people this year who may not be cash-rich have turned to alternative investing strategies including putting as little money down on properties as possible to get into the RE market. 

Way to recognize where you're at and want to be on the right side of the Rich Dad Cash Flow Quadrant. 

We had never read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" or heard the term "house hack."

Read an article that stated that the rich is cutting back on their spending. 

Pick up the Book "Rich Dad-Poor Dad" Then buy & play the Cashflow Board Game with your friends and family.

Earlier this summer I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, and just like so many others, it changed the way I think about money and investing.
