Cost can be pretty different in different parts in the country.

I now invest all over the country, and the last recorded field trip is in Miami.  

We're on our fourth park now and we're starting to get some traction with a number of great realtors around the country.

Just my $.02 Depending upon the market, I would be interested in chatting with you about the property for our own purposes of converting it to Self-Storage as we are actively seeking projects like this in several markets throughout the country.  

I'm a wholesaler, too, aiming for rehabbing and have partnered with a few individuals for different areas of the country.

I live out of the country but visit a couple times a year and have family in the area.  

Most only show partial information and you have to go physically to the court house (or hire someone) to get the rest of the info and print out pages if necessary,  If you cannot find it on the website call the offices.

I am sure this point has been made somewhere before and probably in a book but it just dawned on me...this was the norm for hundreds of years before commercial banks were able to merge and grow and own 'everything' in the country Anyways, nothing earth shattering here but thought I would pass along.
