And boy did it run - constantly even though there had been no rainfall for a couple of weeks prior.

The pros are:- It lends some credibility (for whatever that is worth)- You do learn what is legal, ethical and accepted practice in the area (but you can depend on an agent partner for that)- Access to MLS, so that you can be the 20th offer and get outbid 99 out of 100 times.  

Oh, I forgot to mention, the house we got has a great accessible driveway.

You'll be on the wrong side of the river, but with the airport access road, it's not that bad.  

I know from experience that D&B caters to the large and very large business to access their credit profiles.

It also syncs up nicely with Google Drive, so you can access all your files this way as well as using all of Google Docs apps.However, it is very limited in its functionality as it does not have an internal processor - everything is run through the machine's browser Google Chrome.  

Certain areas of town they do constant direct mail and they get a large number of listings in those areas.

Beyond that, you'd be dealing with a "home-owner", which can be very difficult to manage (disagreeing about the renovations, access to the property, something's missing in the house and they suspect one of your guys of stealing it, the homeowner changes their mind in the middle of it and they want out, etc, etc).
