it's not bad, but I'm consistently getting 5.75% and 10% down (even got 5% down on the last one). 20-year ammoritized with a 5-year call (so we refinance every 5 years at a minimum).

Maybe someone has some suggestion on how I can post it and I'll be happy to show you the evolution.So without the benefit of showing you the evolution of my mailing over time with number of letters mailed, response rates and closed deals, suffice it to say since Jan 2013, our response rates have been dropping consistently and our piece sent have increase substantially.

If payments isn't provided as agreed, post the pay or quit notice and start eviction.If she needs to consistently pay the rent on the 10th, I would shift the lease terms to 10th through 9th of the next month.
