She really liked it and said the landlords were "nice" but that they were actually quite difficult to work with (I think there might be a slight barrier in communications/understanding what the landlords were saying as English is their second language).

Communication is key with all parties involved.

I manage about 120 doors and I treat them all is if they were my own and I communicate with the clients the way I would expect to be communicated with.

They do a 6 month inspection, communicate well. 

We had an agreement that they could rent month to month, as long as they kept communication open and let us know of a move at least 2 months in advance because we rent from Mexico and our condo is in Canada.

They are great people, communicate well, and background checks & credit all came back excellent and clean. 

There isn’t much communication except email that works maybe 80% of the time and limited outside call use.

After the tenants moved out, I have notified them that any communications from this nasty lawyer will be considered harassment.
