Any thoughts on what color I should go with for the cabinets?

HOA boards love to spend lots of time picking paint colors and reviewing plans for adherence to design pallets, and they tend to be slow, which is always the enemy of builders/developers.Also:1. check city/municipality zoning for your parcels and the surrounding parcels, make sure triplex (attached residential) is allowed. 2. research should include investigation of front, rear, and side setback, units per area of land (i.e. one unit for every xxxx s.f. of land), and how many units per parcel (sometimes zones only allow x units per legal parcel), and parking requirements (with multiple units you may need to provide guest spaces). 3. keep in mind when you go to sell how attractive the units are to potential buyers.

We had about 6 little tryer cans made up at home depot and none of the colors look good on the walls.Too dark, too pink, too grey, too looking like a very off white.

We decided not to fear turnovers -- all our remodeled units have Allure flooring and standard paint colors and are easy to turnover.  

We also color-coded each bubble to represent the median value of their homes—dark red circles mean the homes are worth over $500k, and dark blue means under $200k.

I was able to pool together 7 different investors who put in $20,000-$30,000 each that will generate a profit based upon the percentage of the rehab dollars contributed to the project.My role in the process is to work with the architect to finalize the design of the property, coordinate with the contractors for quotes and completion of the project, picking out materials, colors, fixtures, cabinets, etc., and then selling the property. 

Almost every wall from 3' down covered in children's "artwork" or colorful liquid stains.

The previous countertops in both units were a 1970's salmon pink color.
