@Anthony TuckerHi AnthonyYou can get in touch with the Chamber of Commerce, speak to local residential and commercial brokers, join local real estate investment club, google your town and research trends.Most municipalities have websites that describe what is going on, as far as new jobs, new construction, etc.

Fortunately it was something minor, but the plumbing company has offered to image the sewer line for no charge.

I was fortunate enough to have a family friend who was a GC for over 30 years help us through the project - he was invaluable to our success.

Cincinnati has a giant research university(UC 45,000 students) and 10 fortune 500 companies in the area... so you have a very strong tenant base as well prices you might not be getting on the east coast.

Fortunately, I had really good rapport with the sellers and I was able to negotiate down the original purchase price to the point where I could find a buyer.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info.

Has anyone ever used the installation services that Sam's Club offers?
