I'm keeping a list of all the real estate books I need to read in the future and I want to be able to own some commercial real estate properties (large or small) someday too.

I've searched around a few websites and searched for properties within the same zip code as mine.

. - After purchasing a home for what I feel was to much I am trying to determine the best route.

The questions that I am trying to work through are what to do with locked equity and where to go next.

To begin, I am considering renting my primary home because the loan is at a low interest rate, and the cash flow, based on comparable rentals in the area, is promising. 

So outsourcing some degree of property mgmt would be a must... but the deal won't work paying a local property manager a large % of my revenue...Instead, I would set up my "boots on the ground" (cleaners, handyman), and would need an offshore virtual assistant to manage guests and coordination of my local team. 

The duplex had carports and separate fenced backyard areas.
