Has anyone had any experience in the assisted living/nursing home complex type of developments?

Hi,I am need for help with some referrals for residential rental brokers.I have some available units in the Hilltop area.

I am doing research on a mobile home property that I was surprised to find available in my small town.  

Are you planning on doing BRRRR in Minnesota or looking for longer distance markets? 

Quality over speed saves time and money in the long run.

Considering the high prices of other lots in the area, many have said I got a great deal.The land I bought has a 2-bedroom, 1-bath house that was listed as 550 sqft but is actually 750 sqft; the records just weren't updated with the city.

11 mobile home pads plus one SFH.10 pads are occupied, plus the house currently generating $4850/m in lot rent & house rent.

Rental estimates as in what it could possibly produce?

While some may prefer a single treatment, opting for an annual plan with quarterly visits often pays off, especially if termites are common in your area.
