Is it better to have "-property solutions" or "investments"at the end of the buisness name ?

I am really most interested in trying to pay down debt that I already have.Other things I have heard about are self-directed IRA's where title to a property is held in the name of the IRA. 

So, the party that started the 1031 exchange is the same party that completed it.My Story:My wife and I sold a property in New York that is under our individual names and we are doing a 1031 Exchange and still within the 45 day identification window. 

The biggest mistake I believe people make is that they just say oh well I can't start now guess I'll wait until the market crashes, or wait 3 years to start.

Or should I invest in my own future and avoid risking my fathers biggest investment.

Biggest question you can’t put a price on, what would selling alleviate stress wise?
