The only issue I have with this is that the lady I was referring to is not very mobile, so even that will be a tough one for her, especially in the freezing Wisconsin winters.

At 10:03, I got my first lead - a guy needing to sell about 20 houses.So far, since putting out the signs yesterday, I've gotten one text (the guy with 20 houses) & five calls.Out of six responses, two are no deals: 1) caller wanted to sell a 963sqft house but they're building another house right behind it on the same land/parcel & 2). caller has a mobile home he wants to get rid of but buyer will still have to pay lot rent.The caller with the mobile home is a contractor though.
