Since I want to start buying and hold, for the long term, Do I have to form an LLC before I buy anything or is better after I bought it?

Also, it is advised to form an LLC in the state you are in, but then why does everyone prefer to incorporate in Delaware?

Yes, it is very real.....but almost all states have some form of mechanics lien laws.

What I was trying to say is that the PHOTOS that digital cameras produce under these lights tend to be superior to photos take under other forms of light.

I got duped into sending $10K in the form of a wire transfer to a person who was acting like an individual from the title company.
