You would think that the Fed would be smart enough not to sell off their treasuries if there is already a massive sell off in treasuries happening.

BP is a great way to learn from some really amazingly smart people.

I think they are a smart part of a diverse portfolio, and definitely give you some exposure to real estate in completely different classes from you specialty. 

We are still very new and just trying to make smart decisions.

This could go really bad.Why not have him get a job--any job--and pursue your business with smart business decisions and be ready to just give him some money if you are committed to that?
