Is the holding company the sole owner of each subsidiary LLC?

Whenever I speak to a group of students interested in real estate, I always stress the importance of networking and simply asking people to coffee.

The property in combination with the local market has resulted in a very large # of applicants having section 8 subsidies.My company has only had a handful of section 8 tenants apply in the past but have never had any that ended up leasing from us.I'm looking for advice as to what questions should we be asking of section 8 tenants?

I have found the sweet spot to be $150K-200K. 

I ended up with 3 of the parcels (one owner paid before the foreclosure and they had to pay my attorney fees along with the principle and interest on the lien).
